Traffic Lawyer Fee

Traffic Lawyer 4 U only accepts instructions on a privately paid basis. We do not undertake legal aid cases. All our fees will be agreed with you in advance. There will be no hidden costs to our representation and once the fee is agreed and paid our fees will not increase. You will know exactly what the cost of your defence will be.

TrafficLawyer4u defence Lawyers costInitially once you have contacted Traffic Lawyer 4 U there will be an initial fee. This covers the first conference where your case is fully discussed and of course, our consideration of the preliminary prosecution evidence in the case.

This enables us to let you know your exact position in relation to any forthcoming prosecution.

Should you decide that you require our representation at court we will then agree a fee for that. This will of course depend upon whether you are going to plead guilty to the offence or not guilty as this determines the amount of work that is to be done on your behalf.

Please note, just because you intend to plead guilty to an offence don’t automatically assume you don’t need a solicitor at court. There are instances where, depending upon circumstances, any penalty such as a disqualification can be avoided or reduced.

You may have a fixed idea that representation at court by a solicitor is financially out of your reach, we aim to provide a through and dependable service at a reasonable price.

If you do face a prosecution please call Traffic Lawyer 4 U to discuss the cost of any potential representation. We stress all fees will be notified and agreed in advance and you never know, you may be pleasantly surprised. Of course you should also remember that should you decide to plead not guilty to any allegation, if your defence is successful and you win the case, the court has the power to order that some or all of the expenses you incurred for your defence be paid to you out of central funds.
